Program Coordinator

Join New Avenues for Youth as a Program Coordinator by leading and supervising a 24-hour transitional housing program for high-risk youth. Develop and implement programming, oversee daily operations, supervision of staff, coordinate youth activities, and manage program budget. On-call duties, previous supervisory experience, and excellent communication, organizational and program development skills required. MSW/MA and previous experience with at-risk youth preferred. Case Manager

Responsibilities include practicing strengths-based case management, crisis intervention, advocacy, youth and family engagement, and system collaboration.
