New Avenues for Youth, an innovative nonprofit organization working with homeless and at-risk youth, seeks an energetic Case Manager to join our dynamic case management team in providing intensive and creative clinical case coordination services to homeless and at-risk youth. MA in related field and experience with high-risk youth required. LCSW licensure supervision provided. Ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, demonstrated commitment to youth participation, knowledge of service systems and clinical issues related to this population, be a creative problem solver, and respect and honor diversity. Program Coordinator
Join New Avenues for Youth as a Program Coordinator by leading and supervising a 24-hour transitional housing program for high-risk youth. Develop and implement programming, oversee daily operations, supervision of staff, coordinate youth activities, and manage program budget. On-call duties, previous supervisory experience, and excellent communication, organizational and program development skills required. MSW/MA and previous experience with at-risk youth preferred.
