Jerry Greenfield, co-founder of Ben & Jerry's, celebrated his Portland visit by riding along with PDX Pedicab for a tour of Portland's Ben & Jerry's ice cream shops. At New Avenues' own Ben & Jerry's PartnerShop, he spent time talking with the youth working in the shop and encouraging people passing by to come in for a sweet treat.

In other scoop shop news, the PartnerShop was recently given the honor of being ranked in the top 10% of all Ben & Jerry's ice cream shops throughout the world! Twice each year, corporate representatives from Ben & Jerry's visit shops worldwide and evaluate them on staff knowledge, product taste, product look, customer service, cleanliness and inventory control. The ParnerShop scored a 96.89%, an impressive rating that confirms our scoop shop is one of the best of the best! Way to go scoopers!
